What is Positive Thinking?

Positive thinking is simply the process of deciding to look for the ‘silver lining’ in things. It has little to do with turning a blind eye to the ugly or with looking the other way and acting like everything is hunky-dory. However, it is more about how one approaches problems and issues and the conceptualization of things, people, and events as possibilities that must be solved and not as issues to worry and complain about whenever things get rough.

Positive thinking is extremely beneficial to our system, as outlined below:
